How to Play CarX
The goal is to profit from where the round ends, either by collecting before it does or by predicting the range it lands in. The steps below cover a full round.
-
Choose your game mode
Two betting systems run on the same round, and either or both can be used:
- Standard - a normal crash bet you collect yourself at the multiplier of your choosing.
- Range - a bet on which multiplier band the round will end in, paying a fixed amount if it does.
-
Configure the bet
For Standard, set a stake and confirm before the round begins. For Range, pick one or more of the four bands and set a stake on each — every band carries its own fixed payout, and several can be backed at once.
-
Watch the race
The car sets off and the multiplier rises continuously with the distance covered.
-
Settle the bets
The two systems resolve differently:
- Standard - collecting before the crash pays the stake times the multiplier at that moment. Waiting too long loses the bet.
- Range - if the round ends inside a band you backed, that band pays its fixed amount regardless of where in the band it landed. Outside it, the stake is lost.
There is nothing to collect on a Range bet, so it settles on its own when the round ends.
Game Features
- Range betting
- Four fixed bands, each with its own payout — ×1.00 to ×1.00 pays ×48, ×1.02 to ×2.00 pays ×2, ×1.50 to ×6.00 pays ×2, and ×5,000 to ×25,000 pays ×5,000. Backing the first is a bet on an instant bust; backing the last is a bet on the round running to the ceiling.
- Both systems at once
- A Standard bet and one or more Range bets can run on the same round with independent stakes, which is how the two are meant to be combined.
- Auto cash out and autoplay
- A target multiplier collects the Standard panel automatically, and the sequence can run 5, 10, 20, 50 or 100 rounds unattended.
- Round history
- Previous results, expandable for more detail.
- Multiplayer leaderboards
- The largest multipliers collected over the day, week and month.
Experience an adrenaline-filled crash game where a car speeds along the road as multipliers rise.

CarX FAQ
What is CarX?
CarX is a crash game from SmartSoft Gaming. A car drives and a multiplier rises with the distance covered, settling a standard bet at whatever value you collect on. It also offers range betting, where instead of choosing when to collect you back one of four bands the round might end in, each paying a fixed amount.
Can I play CarX for free?
Yes. The demo runs on play money with no registration or download, at the same 97% RTP and ×25,000 ceiling as the real-money version.
How does range betting work?
You back a band rather than a moment. The ×1.00 to ×1.00 band pays ×48 and wins only on an instant bust. The ×1.02 to ×2.00 and ×1.50 to ×6.00 bands each pay ×2. The ×5,000 to ×25,000 band pays ×5,000 and needs the round to run almost to the ceiling. The payout is fixed, so a round ending at ×5.90 pays the same on the ×1.50 to ×6.00 band as one ending at ×1.51.
Can I combine range bets with a normal bet?
Yes, and that is the intended use. A Standard bet and any number of Range bets settle independently on the same round with their own stakes, so a low band can cover an early bust while the Standard bet runs for a larger multiplier. Note the bands overlap — ×1.02 to ×2.00 and ×1.50 to ×6.00 both cover ×1.50 to ×2.00 — so backing both pays twice on a round ending in that window.
